14. Condition of Collectibles and Sealed Products

Collectible products may naturally include minor manufacturer imperfections in shrink wrap, corners, seals, or outer packaging. Unless a product is expressly graded or described otherwise, we do not guarantee gem-mint packaging, specific centering, particular card pulls, sealed case conditions, or investment performance.

We do not guarantee any specific pull rate, chase card, value appreciation, rarity outcome, or tournament legality beyond the manufacturer’s general product specifications.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
